First of July, in the Veny Valley, at
Courmayeur, Morgex, Pré-Saint-Didier and Aosta,
takes place a celebration of Celtic art and culture. The
performances set in the magnificent and centuries-old
Peuterey Wood (Veny Valley); more than 300 artists, coming
from Aosta Valley, Italy, Scotland, Ireland, Britain,
Wales, the Shetland Isles, Galicia, England and France,
are the heralds of art and culture with dancing performances
and concerts, shows and conferences, art exhibitions and
excursions, historical reconstructions in costume and
parades, traditional food and drinks of Celtic Europe,
besides giving birth to stages of bowshooting, leather
carving, Celtic dance, ancient fencing, clay manufacture
